Our Commitment
Excellence in Education: Montessori By The Sea provides an authentic Montessori education to children ages three (3) years of age through lower elementary (Grades 1-3). All teachers hold Montessori teaching certificates from an accredited AMS or AMI Montessori training program. Montessori By The Sea is a member of the American Montessori Society. All assistants have completed the Montessori assistants training course.
Safe and Nurturing Environment: The child is given the opportunity to progress at his/her own individual pace. A carefully prepared classroom environment provides the child with child sized genuine Montessori materials. The student/teacher ratio is extremely low to allow focus on each individual child’s needs.
Family Oriented Programs: Montessori By The Sea encourages parents and family members to become a part of our Montessori community. Families get to know each other and play an active part in the school through volunteer programs and social events organized by our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
